Believe it or not, customer service is cited as the most common reason for clients changing barbershop or salon, not the haircut itself. You would assume the customer care is the simple part, and it can be, but only if implemented correctly. The first half of the seminar, ideal for all staff members, will focus on exceeding client’s expectations and ensuring they return time and time again.

Many barbers and stylists dislike selling; after all, it’s a completely different skill. However, retailing products can be lucrative accessory income for the shop. Think about it. Say a haircut costs £15, couple that with a product worth a similar amount and you’ve immediately increased revenue by 100%. It also gives the client the tools to recreate the look at home.

From body language to product placement, Kevin will show you how to sell to customers in an effective, non-forceful manner. The seminar will pay for itself in just a couple of hours!
